Sound therapy,
how it works

Sound frequencies have a direct effect on the physical reality. As you can see from the patterns formed in the water by the sound of the tibetan singing bowl. Energy moves and the structure changes.

Where the mind can get stuck on thoughts, sound moves straight to the body and the effect is experienced directly. Without the mind needing to ‘do’ anything for it. People who say have difficulties with quieting the mind during meditation may experience great ease and inner stillness during a sound bath. Because brainwaves are shifted from active mode (beta) to deep relaxation mode (alpha & theta) by the concept of entrainment. It’s within these brainwaves where the body’s ability to restore is accelerated and insights and creativity arises.
